Lauren Reynolds, Ph.D.

I am a neurodivergent Psychologist and School Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working with children and families. I am a lifelong learner with a Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology from The Ohio State University.
I have worked in many settings, including public schools, universities, a research hospital, and private practice. My work has included evaluating children, adolescents, and adults; consulting and collaborating with educators; and providing individual and group counseling. I am highly energized by my work with neurodivergent clients.
In addition to my work as a Psychologist, I am a licensed foster parent and a mother of neurodivergent children. I am a musician, bibliophile, theatre geek, animal lover, outdoor adventurer, plant hoarder, and baking enthusiast.
Lexi Myers, Ed.S., NCSP

I am an Independently Licensed School Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). I earned my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from The Ohio State University, where I am currently pursuing my doctorate. My doctoral research focuses on mental health needs in schools, as well as investigating the experiences of individuals and families navigating Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), with the goal of developing more understanding and supportive practices.
I have experience providing psychological services in public school and private practice settings, including psychological evaluations, consultation, and therapy. I particularly enjoy my work supporting neurodiverse adolescents and adults, drawing from professional experience as well as my own experience navigating a late ADHD diagnosis. Outside of work and school, I love reading, traveling, watching history documentaries, and spending time with my husband and two dogs. Lexi is currently under the supervision of Dr. Reynolds.
Mahala Saylor, Psy.D.

I am a psychology postdoctoral fellow, advocate, and generalist lifespan clinician who is passionate about helping individuals build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives. I earned my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and completed my doctoral internship at The Ohio State University Counseling and Consultation Service. My clinical approach emphasizes authenticity, collaboration, and evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
Throughout my training, I have worked in university counseling centers, outpatient mental health clinics, school-based assessment settings, and integrated care environments. As a generalist clinician, I have worked with children, adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and older adults across a wide range of presenting concerns and levels of care. My experience includes individual/group therapy, psychological assessment, and crisis care. I especially enjoy working with underserved and historically marginalized communities and am committed to increasing access to affirming, compassionate mental health care. I have particular interests in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and clients navigating anxiety, identity development, trauma, and life transitions, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD and Autism.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy running, collecting and listening to vinyl records, reading fiction, attending concerts and musicals, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with my doggo. I value creativity, curiosity, and humor, and I strive to bring warmth and humanity into every space I enter. Mahala is currently under the supervision of Dr. Reynolds.
Ebony Mundy, M.A., Ed.S.

I am a Licensed School Psychologist. I earned my Master’s and Educational Specialist degrees in School Psychology from The University of Toledo and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in School Psychology at The Ohio State University.
I have professional experience in both clinical and K–12 settings, including conducting evaluations and providing therapeutic services. In school-based settings, I have conducted psychoeducational evaluations, implemented evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions, and collaborated with school staff, families, and outside agencies to support students’ skill development, learning needs, behavior management, and academic success. My doctoral research interests focus on the effectiveness of restorative practices and alternative approaches to punitive discipline methods. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate mental health challenges and helping clients recognize and embrace their unique strengths and differences. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Outside of work, I enjoy fitness activities such as running and strength training, as well as traveling, coaching track, spending time with loved ones, and baking. Ebony is currently under the supervision of Dr. Reynolds.
Tali Cornblath, Ph.D.

I am a Licensed School Psychologist with experience working with kids of all ages in public schools, private practice, and at sleep-away summer camp. I completed my doctorate in School Psychology at The Ohio State University. I am passionate about supporting families to help them understand their child’s neurodivergence. I love working with school teams to ensure that kids have the supports they need based on their neurodivergence and mental health needs. In addition to my work as a School Psychologist, I have been a summer camp director for many years. Outside of work, I love spending time with my children and husband, watching musical theatre, and scouring the city for the best bagels and chai lattes. Alenna Bible, M.A.

I am a fourth-year doctoral student in the School Psychology program at The Ohio State University. I hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education from Malone University. As a neurodivergent individual, I bring both personal understanding and professional expertise to my work, allowing me to connect with clients through empathy, insight, and shared experience.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including public schools, universities, private practice, and hospitals. Through these experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults by conducting evaluations, partnering with families and educators, and providing individual counseling. I am passionate about creating a supportive, understanding space where each person feels heard and valued.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at Target, grabbing Starbucks, watching movies, doing arts and crafts, and going to concerts. I am a proud Swiftie and love listening to Taylor Swift whenever I get the chance! I also value spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and finding little moments of joy in everyday life. One of my favorite Taylor Swift quotes is, “Just be yourself, there is no one better,” which reflects my belief in embracing authenticity and self-acceptance both in and outside of the therapy room. Emily Bumpus, Ph.D.

I am a Licensed School Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. I earned my Ph.D. in School Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2022. With experience as an intervention specialist prior to my school psychology training, I have been working with students and children addressing a variety of issues such as academic difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma for the past decade. In addition to working in private practice, I have experience training graduate students at universities and in public and private school K-12 settings completing psychological evaluations, providing consultation, and facilitating small group interventions/counseling. My passion is to help children build skills needed to increase independence and self-advocacy across all areas of their lives. When I'm not working, I love spending time outside with my husband and three children, trying new coffee shops, or playing board games with friends. Emily is currently under the supervision of Dr. Reynolds.

I am a Licensed School Psychologist and former Intervention Specialist. I am working towards my doctorate in School Psychology at The Ohio State University and hold a Master's in Educational Studies from The Ohio State University. Additionally, I am currently completing the requirements to obtain my BCBA certification. Throughout my career and training, I have over 10 years of experience working with families and children. I have a passion for working with children and families to support varying needs throughout development.
My professional experiences have provided me with opportunities to complete psychoeducational evaluations for children of all ages, consult with educators, hospital staff, and families, and provide academic and behavioral interventions using evidence based practices. I believe in using current research and best practices when providing recommendations and interventions to support children and their families.
Outside of my work with children and families, I have a house full of pets that take up the bulk of my free time. I love to spend time traveling, reading, or enjoying the outdoors. Emily is currently under the supervision of Dr. Reynolds.
Anita Casillas, M.A.

I am a licensed Early Childhood Intervention Specialist. I have 18 years experience in teaching young students with varying exceptionalities. I earned my Master's degree in Teaching and Learning at Ashland University. I have completed Orton-Gillingham Associate Level 2 training and have completed my practicum experiences as part of this certification.
I have worked in both private and public settings. My work has included providing direct instruction in math, reading, writing, social pragmatic skills, executive functioning, and self-regulation.
When I am not tutoring, I like to spend time with my family, relax at home, and plan vacations to visit friends.
Danielle Randolph, m.ed., ed.s.

As a psychometrician, I use my extensive background in neurodivergence, Special Education, and testing to support our evaluation process. I earned my Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology at Bowling Green State University. I previously practiced as a School Psychologist and a Special Education Coordinator for ten years, working with students from preschool through twelfth grade. In addition to my role as a psychometrician, I am a Special Education advocate and own a homeschool consulting practice. I am deeply committed to helping children succeed in school by supporting their families.
In addition to my professional roles, I homeschool my four neurodivergent children. I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
Adam Von Der Embse, Ed.S.

I am a Licensed School Psychologist currently furthering my training by pursuing a doctoral degree in School Psychology at The Ohio State University. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across school, private practice, and hospital settings. I have extensive training and experience in conducting assessments, engaging in consultation, and providing therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they recognize their strengths and work toward their full potential. My goal is to help clients develop clear, meaningful goals and make measurable progress toward positive, lasting growth.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy distance running, reading, and spending time with my wonderful family. Adam is currently under the supervision of Dr. Reynolds.
